My Story
During my university years, I chose to major in English, hoping to better explore the world through the power of language. I made many friends from all over the world through various international exchange activities, which further broadened my horizons. These experiences equipped me with rich cross-cultural communication skills, enabling me to keenly understand and respond to the needs and expectations of clients from different cultural backgrounds.
After graduation, I worked at an international trade company for a while. This experience familiarized me with the operational models of international trade, enhanced my business negotiation skills, and improved my customer service awareness. However, my deep passion for the tourism industry never waned. Eventually, I resolutely left the trade industry and joined China Highlights, a platform dedicated to providing high-quality tourism services. Here, I found my true calling. Sincerity and professionalism are key to building lasting partnerships.
