Awesome tour operator from start to finish!
This was an awesome quick tour specially arranged for us by Jimmy from Asia Highlights. I was not used to having my tours arranged by someone but since my 2 senior Aunties were travelling on their own on the forst few.days of the intended tour, I decided to have a set tour for them for their convenience. First off, we only could give 10 days for our trip and wanted to visit 3 cities! Thought it would not be possible, but Jimmy gave us a very good tour itinerary for Siem Reap, Hoi An and Da Nang in Vietnam. We also wanted to arrange a Singapore trip but he advised us it would be cheaper to make our own arrangements.

In Cambodia, guide Chong welcomed the aunties with warmth and care. When one of them struggled with the afternoon heat in Siem Reap, he quickly brought cold water and even a chilled towel for her neck — a small gesture that meant the world. The temples of Angkor became more than stone ruins; with Chong's stories, they were vivid and alive, while the aunties felt safe and comfortable every step of the way.
The second half of the journey in Vietnam brought Mae back into the picture. With their guide Thi, they explored Hoi An's lantern-lit streets and the sweeping views of Ba Na Hills. Thi wasn't just knowledgeable — she made the journey personal, taking photos, sharing laughs, and ensuring that every moment was remembered.
What began as Mae's concern — sending her aunties on their own — transformed into a heartwarming story of trust, discovery, and care. In the end, her aunties returned with new memories, new stories, and the pride of having had their own big adventure. And for Mae, it was the reassurance that travel, when designed thoughtfully, is truly stress-free.
