Your journey begins when your flight lands in Bangkok. We'll transfer you to your hotel, where you can relax and adjust from jetlag ready for the adventure ahead.

• Hike the Gibbon Trail, seeing mineral licks and a watchtower.
• Visit Haew Narok, the park's largest waterfall. Look out for elephants!
• Savor a Northeastern lunch and check into your hotel in the afternoon.

The wildlife in Khao Yai National Park

• After breakfast, you'll be picked up from your hotel for another day of adventure in Khao Yai National Park.
• Embark on a trek along the Haew Suwat Nature Trail. This scenic route passes by two waterfalls and is perfect for spotting wildlife like crocodiles, monitor lizards, and Chinese water dragons.
• Visit Haew Suwat Waterfall, the very spot where Leonardo DiCaprio famously jumped in the movie "The Beach". Take a moment to soak in the natural beauty of this iconic location before returning to Bangkok.
• Board your onward flight to Chiang Rai in the early evening. Upon your arrival, we'll transport you to your hotel.

The Haew Suwat Waterfall

• Our adventure begins with a scenic 1½-hour drive along the mountains to Doi Tung, explore the Mae Fah Luang Garden and Royal Villa.
• See the Golden Triangle (where Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet) and the Hall of Opium. Take a boat ride on the mighty Mekong River, soaking in the splendor of its scenery.
• Delve into history at the dark-age city of Chiang Saen, explore it's medieval city walls and temples.
• Journey to Mae Chan and visit a traditional village inhabited by the Yao and Akha Hill Tribes.
• Then we'll return you to your hotel in Chiang Rai, brim full with memories of this unforgettable adventure.

The Mae Fah Luang Garden and Royal Villa.

• You will explore Chiang Rai's three notable temples: Wat Rong Khun (White Temple), Wat Rong Suea Ten (Blue Temple), and Baandam Museum (Black House).
• Hear local stories and capture stunning photos at each unique temple.
• White Temple is where unconventional art meets Buddhist tradition.
• Black House, containing shrines, is a museum known for its dark aesthetics.

• Embark on a 1½-hour drive to Muangwin Valley in Mae Wang District of Chiang Mai.
• There, visit Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, where you'll interact with elephants by feeding them, walking with them to the river for a refreshing bath, and learning fascinating facts about these gentle giants. Capture unforgettable photos with your newfound friends.
• After a break with some light food and drinks, we'll return you to your Chiang Mai hotel.

The Elephant Jungle Sanctuary

• You will have the unique opportunity to spend time in the home of a local family.
• Upon arrival, your host will warmly welcome you and take you on a tour of her organic vegetable garden. You will have the chance to collect various herbs and vegetables that will be used in the dishes you will be preparing.
• During this cooking class, you will learn how to make some of the best home-cooked Thai dishes that you can easily recreate for yourself or your family when you return home.
• Your host will expertly prepare a variety of Thai dishes from different regions of the country.
